In our country,natural gas is not only an indispensable heat source for daily life of residents,but also has a wide range of industrial applications.With the expansion of the use of natural gas,the risk of leaks from pipeline transportation has gradually increased.In order to ensure the safety of gas pipeline,the relevant departments must send a large number of personnel for routine inspection of the pipeline.This will not only consume a lot of manpower and material resources,but sometimes its feedback results will not be timely or incomplete.It will also cause leaks after testing.Serious situations will threaten people's life safety and property safety.Therefore,the detection of methane concentration in gas pipeline wells through Internet is an important means to solve this problem.This project mainly studies the detection of methane concentration in gas pipeline wells,and realizes the real-time detection of the pipeline wells through this system,discovers the hazards in time and processes them.First of all,the paper introduces the background of gas pipe well testing and the current research status of gas pipeline well safety testing at domestic and international.Then design the overall framework of the testing system,the system has upper control system,intermediate communication module,on-site testing facilities.And the paper shows the functional requirements of the system,the system architecture,describes the upper control system uses the framework of SSH and the communication technology.Secondly,the paper introduces the design of on-site inspection terminal in the system.It mainly introduces the realization of the Microcontroller Unit module which realizes the central control function,the design of the DC-DC circuit,the control of whether the device is powered on through the water level switch,design and Implementation of Communication Module for Realizing Information Exchange with Platform.Testing equipment through the temperature sensor,temperature and humidity sensors,gas concentration sensor to achieve to monitor gas pipeline wells'temperature and humidity and methane concentration.And then through the communication module,the information uploaded to the server to achieve platform and device communication.Thirdly,this article describes the design and implementation process of the upper management web end detection system in detail.The architecture of inspection system,the design of MySQL database,the design of communication protocol and the function of testing terminal are introduced.Man-machine interface is the use of Java development platform,JSP technology,JavaScript,Servlet and so on.Inspectors can use the system to perform data detection on gas pipeline gas concentration,temperature and humidity,and other information.At the same time,they can dispatch engineers to the site through the Web function to realize remote unmanned inspection of gas pipeline wells.Therefore,when a threat is found it can be processed in a timely manner to curb the occurrence of dangerous events.Finally,the paper introduced the operating platform and test results of the gas well methane detection system.Test each module of the system and show the test results.The operation of the system was analyzed and summarized.The system basically achieved the detection of methane leakage in gas pipeline wells and met the design requirements.
