Digital Mine is the most important measure to promote Chinese competition ability In the field of international mining.Chinese mining technology overall level is not high,there is a big gap compared with international advanced level,which outstandingly embodied as that backward equipments.Outstanding performance is part of its backward mining equipment,mining with small scale,mining with small scale,low labor productivity,poor mining benefit and the low utilization rate of mineral resources.Digital mines is an effective means of integrating IT application with industrialization in the field of mining,improving the management levels of enterprises and raising the level of industrialization.the production,logistics,quality and other business management of Mining enterprises face different difficulties and problems with other industry.Capital Steel's Mining Company has made an exploration in the earlier time,and the mine digital level has been promoted depending on independent research and development.By the end of 2006,they first built the unique "four level and four pieces" digital mine archtecture.And MES(Manufacturing Execution System)as an important part of the system supports the business organization and integration of each system.In this thesis,on the basis of reference in MES related information,based on business requirements of production management,guided by the software engineering idea,by studying metallurgical mines technology and business process and extracting the combining site,the MES development requirements of the system is determined which name is"metallurgical mine manufacturing execution system".Then business modeling system is put forward,and MES system's design and implementation which based on the.net framework is completed at last.This system pays much attention to the transition characteristics,It can be applied to different metallurgical mines of business process and business management by configuring the original system and a small amount of customization.At the same time,the system can help metallurgical mine enterprise change their management mode,notably raise the managerial efficiency and improve enterprise competition by means of information technology to strengthen enterprise management.In this thesis,according to the software development process defined by software engineering,all of the metallurgical mine production execution system development cycle is described in detail.In the system requirements analysis phase,the characteristics of technological process of metallurgical mines are summarized and the framework of general software requirements is drawn;In system design stage,using the top-down approach,we designed the system in detail,and complete database design;In system implementation phase,utility module of the system,such as process configuration,main data,module configuration,rights management and interface design and implementation are discussed;In the system testing phase,it's going to clear up the principle and method of system testing,test procedures and test environment.Test results show that this system has reached the requirements elicited in analysis phase.It has realized the basic transition.And the metallurgical mine production execution system has a certain commonality in the metallurgical mining industry.
