Study On Coordinated Development Of Agricultural Land Ecological Economy System In Fengdu

The Eighth Plenary Session of the Eighth Plenary Session put the construction of ecological civilization on the national development agenda,the new economic growth shift,the ecological environment governance forcing.China’s agriculture has entered a new period,in the agricultural supply side of the structural reform of the background,the ecological protection efforts in the agricultural development of the degree of influence increased.Chongqing Fengdu County is located in the center of the Three Gorges reservoir area,a special geographical location,fragile ecological environment,but also for the national poverty-stricken counties,agricultural development task arduous.2016 Fengdu county government put forward the"ecological conservation,green rise" development goals,vigorously promote the construction of eco-economic system,enhance the quality of high-quality agriculture in colleges and universities.Therefore,based on the ecological and economic benefits arising from the utilization of agricultural land resources in Fengdu County,we can not only evaluate the development efficiency of agro-ecological economy at present,but also provide a sustainable development for the sustainable development of the Yangtze River economic belt in order to better protect the resources and environment.Guarantee.This paper first discusses the current situation of coordinated development of regional eco-economy,defines the concept of eco-economic coordination,eco-economic system,land eco-economic system and agricultural land eco-economic system.Based on the theory of land ecology,eco-economic theory and system Theory as the theoretical basis.Then,the general situation of Fengtu County’s natural economy and the current situation of agricultural land use and the ecological and economic status of agricultural land were analyzed.Based on the development of agricultural industry in Fengdu County in ten years,the agricultural land ecosystem system and agricultural land system index system were constructed and adopted This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the ecological and environmental problems arising from the agricultural land use in Fengdu County at present,and finally puts forward some suggestions according to the resource endowment conditions of Fengdu County.Major research results:1,Fengdu County agricultural land eco-economic system coordination degree construction:(1)agricultural land ecosystem selected arable land,forest coverage,per hectare of arable land for agricultural fertilizer application,pesticide application,large-scale livestock and poultry farms Comprehensive utilization rate,unit GDP water consumption of six indicators;(2)agricultural land eco-economic system selected the primary industry output value,agricultural commodity rate,rural residents per capita disposable income,animal husbandry,agriculture,forestry,(3)According to the above indicators to collect data from 2006 to 2015,the use of coordinated analysis of the method,calculated Fengdu County agricultural land ecosystem index rose from 0.25 to 0.53,agricultural land The economic system index rose from 0.29 to 0.55,and the coordination rate increased from 0.42 to 0.72,and the coordination type developed from a reluctantly coordinated ecological lag to a mid-level coordinated economic.2,The deepening of industrial structure adjustment and the problem of environmental pollution are more obvious;(3)The ecological and economic problems of agricultural land in Fengdu County are closely related to the problems:(1)Lack of ecological protection investment,management work more difficult.3,Fengdu County agricultural land eco-economic system coordination and optimization policies:(1)to strengthen the management of land zoning,the rational use of agricultural land resources;(2)optimize the ecological agriculture industry structure,improve and deepen the whole industry chain;(3)Functional change,increase investment in ecological protection funds.
