With the increase of population,the expansion of urban scale and the increase of water demand,the problem of water pollution is becoming more and more prominent.At present,the countries strive to strengthen the work of energy saving and emission reduction and improve the effluent requirements of the urban sewage treatment plant.The initial scale of the sewage treatment plant in the town of Tongliao city was7500 m3/d,and A/O process was adopted.In 2014,the upgrading were carried out,and the design scale was 4000 m3/d.The current amount of waste water was20003000 m3/d.Now,water plant influent is unstable,and the COD and NH3-Nare very high,resulting in water plant effluent COD,NH3-N are not up to the standard.The ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis technology is adopted in the depth treatment,which has the disadvantages of high energy consumption.Therefore,it is necessary to upgrade the sewage treatment plant.Although the industrial company is in the process of rectification,it must consider accepting part of the industrial waste water in the future.First,after the grit chamber,sewage regulation tank is added to solve the problem of large changes in water flow and water quality at the wastewater treatment plant;Secondly,considering the stability of biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal standards,change the A/O to A2/O,and then increase the biological aerated filter.Third,the advanced treatment will retain the existing sand filtration and ultrafiltration systems to reduce the suspended solids,ammonia nitrogen,phosphorus and other indicators in the water,so as to ensure long-term stability of the effluent standards.The original reverse osmosis equipment can be reserved for future reuse projects.Fourth,use low-temperature plasma deodorization method to treat odors.After the maintenance and upgrading work of the above,the process is Coarse,fine grid and swirling grit chamber?Regulating pool?new??Primary sedimentation pond?A2/O?A/O transformation??Secondary sedimentation pond?Lift pump?BAF pool?BAF water tank?Sand filter into the water pump?Online flocculation?Sand filter?Sand filter water tank?Ultrafiltration water pump?Ultrafiltration?UV disinfection canal?Discharge.The technology can make the effluent meet the standard requirements.This upgrading project solve the problem of effluent COD and ammonia nitrogen being not up to standard in the sewage treatment plant,which is conducive to improve the water quality of river's downstream and make the operation of sewage treatment plant better serve the people's livelihood.
