Analysis On The Main Factors Of Environmental Pollution In Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei Region

In recent years,with the increasing level of economic development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province,the economic growth rate is stable at the high level,the process of urbanization is developing,and a series of environmental problems have been brought up,and the emission of pollution is increasing,the utilization rate of energy is low,and the problem of sustainable development is serious.Taking 2015 as an example,the emission of wastewater,the emission of sulfur dioxide and the emission of smoke and dust in the area of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are 735.3 million tons,18 million 591 thousand and 200 tons and 15 million 380 thousand tons respectively.The environmental protection pressure is huge,and the environmental management work needs to be improved and improved continuously.Beijing Tianjin Hebei region has a total of 13 cities,including Beijing,Tianjin,and 11 cities in Hebei province.As an old industrial base area,industrial pollution is serious,and the task of environmental protection is urgent and arduous.This paper focuses on the influencing factors of regional pollution emission in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province.Based on the environmental Kuznets curve,the factors such as environmental regulation,population size,trade openness,economic development,labor cost and industrial structure are added to the area for 2005-2015 years.The data are tested to investigate the factors that affect the intensity of environmental pollution in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province.At the same time,the relationship between the level of economic development and the intensity of pollution emission measured by the per capita GDP index is tested to verify the existence and shape of the environmental Kuznets curve,and through the inspection of the direct investment of foreign businessmen and the degree of trade openness and pollution.The relationship between dye emission intensity and the hypothesis of "pollution asylum hypothesis" exists in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region.On the basis of previous research achievements,this paper makes the following innovations:firstly,the object of this study is the factors affecting the environmental pollution in the regional area,namely,the industrial waste water,industrial sulfur dioxide and industrial smoke dust as the measure of the pollutant emission.Regression analysis.Second,taking the actual emissions as explanatory variables,this paper investigates the factors that cause environmental pollution in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region.Third,this paper introduces the labor cost index.In China,the labor force will be more and more scarce in China,which is becoming more and more serious.By studying the relationship between labor cost and pollution intensity,the influence of labor cost on environmental pollution in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region is obtained.Fourth,this paper also examines the Kuznets curve and the hypothesis of "pollution refuge" in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region,and studies the relationship between the economic development level and environmental quality in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province,and the relationship between the openness of foreign trade and the environmental quality.The results show that:(1)With the growth of the economy and the steady economic growth rate,there is a "inverted U" relationship between industrial waste water,industrial smoke dust,industrial S02 and GDP per capita in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,that is,the emission of three kinds of pollutants is rising,then the trend of then falling again after reaching the critical point,the EKC hypothesis Set up.(2)The population density has a significant positive correlation with industrial smoke dust and industrial sulfur dioxide.That is,the increase in population density will cause more industrial smoke and dust emissions and industrial sulfur dioxide emissions.As a densely populated Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,we need to rationally plan urban development,control the population of the region,and strengthen the population.The management of municipal solid waste can reduce environmental pollution caused by excessive population growth.(3)The total amount of import and export trade has a significant influence on industrial smoke dust and industrial sulfur dioxide emissions in China,and there is a negative correlation between them,which is contrary to the "pollution refuge" hypothesis.However,FDI inflow has a significant positive correlation with the three types of pollution indicators,which is consistent with the "pollution haven" hypothesis.To sum up,in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,different pollutants and different modes of international trade bring different impacts to the region.China is the largest trade processing area in the world,requiring us to pay attention to the environmental pollution problem caused by import and export trade.We should change the way of trade growth,continuously increase the research efforts on environmental protection research,reduce the pollution emission of unit product production,encourage the production of environmentally friendly products,for export,improve the production cost of the polluted enterprises in the region,and import advanced foreign technology and ideas to control the pollution of the country.To benefit the people of their own country.Thirdly,we should strictly introduce the import of foreign investment into the enterprise industry which has high technology intellectual property,high value-added,strong innovation ability and favorable for environmental protection.(4)The intensity of government environmental regulation and regional pollution emissions are not significant,indicating that the role of fixed asset investment protection is not obvious.We still need to increase investment in environmental protection,grasp the main direction and manage the environment.(5)There is a significant negative correlation between the industrial structure and the three types of pollutant emissions,indicating that the reduction in the proportion of the industrial output value of GDP is conducive to the improvement of the environment.At present,most of the second industries in China are high pollution and energy consuming enterprises,low labor productivity,large energy consumption per unit output,and lack of independent innovation ability.We need to improve labor productivity,make full use of the technical effects of scientific and technological progress and change the structural effects brought by the industrial structure,support the development of environmental protection enterprises and shut down high pollution and high energy consumption enterprises.Environmental protection and governance is a long and arduous task.We should pay more attention to improving economic quality,develop green economy,accelerate technological innovation,optimize industrial structure,improve energy utilization,and strengthen the government's environmental governance through strict policy regulation and improvement of environmental pollution emission costs.The effectiveness of the strategy and strive to achieve economic growth and environmental protection in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region at an early date.
