| Atmospheric environment and human life are inseparable in contemporary society.The treatment of the air pollutions in the environment that dust particals have also been valued.The primary task is able to detect the mass concentration of PM2.5accurately to improving the environmental quality.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a real-time,efficient and accurate PM2.5.5 dust detection instrument.At present,most outdoor air dust detectors can only measure the concentration of single air index.We designed an instrument that can measure the concentration of two kinds of air indicators by channel switching.The main contents of this paper include the following parts:1.Introduction of dust.It emphasizes the wide source,the complexity of the composition,the difficulty of detection and the harm to man kind of dust,which lays the background and significance of the research.2.The theoretical basis of dust concentration detection.Introduces the main methods for detection of dust concentration and its advantages and disadvantages,finally chose to light scattering principle as the detection principle of this design,and gives the parameters and between the deduced theoretical formula,based on the proposed approximate solution method of light scattering measurement,provide theoretical basis for the design.3.Design of the sample cutter.The paper introduces the design principle of PM2.5 dual channel dust detector sampling cutter,and then through the development of traffic,according to the formula of Marple et al.Through the numerical analysis method to calculate the design and calculate the size parameters of the PM2.5.5 sampling cutter,using 3D modeling software to simulate and verify the entity,internal flow,and then back to the real machining sample experimental evaluation,determine the cutting efficiency to meet the standard requirements.4.The hardware and software design of the system.Introduces the working principle and composition of dust detection instrument for measuring system of detecting instrument for measuring system;and then introduces the hardware selection and design of dust detection instrument for measuring system,finally introduces the dust detection instrument for measuring system software,including data acquisition program and self correction function design.5.Performance evaluation of the whole machine.The performance of the PM2.5dual channel dust detector was evaluated by testing and correction experiments,including PM2.5.5 dual channel dust detector prototype correction and precision calibration,PM2.5.5 dual channel dust detector prototype zero temperature stability test,PM2.5.5 dual channel dust detector prototype anti noise experiment,PM2.5.5 dual channel dust detector a prototype with high dust concentration meter test experiment.In this paper,the principle of light scattering is defined as the basis of theoretical design by analyzing the current situation at home and abroad,and the design of hardware and software is briefly introduced.The main design is the design of sampling cutter,through theoretical calculation,simulation and experiment results prove that the cutting efficiency meets the design requirements,the combination of the related experiments,the experimental data measured show that the good design of PM2.5.5 dual channel dust detector zero temperature stability,anti noise ability,can to achieve real-time. |
