Intensive Design Of Rental Furniture

The report of the 19th CPC National Congress report made it clear that houses are used for housing,not for speculation.The housing system of multi-subject supply,multi-channel security and rent-purchase is continuously improving.Among them,rent as an important form to meet the needs of transitional housing,its scale continues to expand,but the allocation of rental furniture can not be done well according to the need and space allocation,rental environment and rental furniture need to be optimized.Guided by the theory of life form model proposed by Liu Guanzhong,the four aspects of the elements of living form of renting people,such as people,objects,events and behaviors were investigated and analyzed in this paper,using the method of questionnaire,field investigation and user interview.Through the investigation,it is found that the specific problems of rental furniture are as follows:the quantity and type of furniture does not match with the tenants' demand;the form and size of furniture do not match the rental space;the storage space of furniture is not reasonable.In order to solve these problems,the paper puts forward the solution of intensive design,and points out that the design of rental furniture must grasp the key points such as small household type furniture,modern simplicity,portability,flexibility,multifunction,practicability and economy.By excavating the demand of furniture for renters,this paper establishes the positioning of the design elements of the rental furniture and provides the basis for the subsequent design practice.Intensive design can be divided into functional intensive,assembly intensive and space intensive according to the form.According to the intensive object,it can be divided into single product intensive,series product intensive and non-series product intensive.The design practice is carried out by means of modular design,multi-functional design,removable design,mobile design and storage design.Intensive design must follow the principles of functionality,coordination and innovation.The paper analyzes the types,methods,and principles of intensive design based on specific cases.Taking the talent apartment in the Nanhu District of Jiaxing City as an example,it uses intensive design concepts and methods to carry out design practices for specific rental spaces,explored the performance forms of intensive rental furniture design,and proposed a reasonable allocation of rental living functional areas and furniture configurations for the space,verifying the feasibility of design practices.
