Environmental pollution has become more serious in our country.PM2.5 accounts for most of industrial dust,accounts for the bulk of the whole air suspended particles in most parts of China."Smog" weather occurred frequently in China.Filter bag as one of the important means of control of industrial dust,is the core of bag filter.There is very serious problem in filter material with lower efficiency and short life.Spunlaced filter material and sea-island fiber as new filter material,with a small aperture distribution uniform,as well as good dimensional stability,which could catch more PM2.5 than other filter material.In order to explore the filtering quality of the new filter material,the experimental platform has been founded.Through the experimental platform static and properties of the new material,Experiments show that the island fiber had the minimum diameters,spunlace filter taken the second place,the fiber size stable than other media,and the fiber diameter of acupuncture filter was the maximum;The sub-particle weight efficiency and sub-particle counting efficiency for the five kinds of media,The small diameter of island fiber and spunlace filter to d50=0.3?m?1?m?2.5?m?5?m?10?m had a high particle filtration efficiency,it is much higher than needle felt filter,and when the dust particle size greater than 3?m,the counting efficiency as well as film media;For dynamic filtration performance of the five kinds of media,the island fiber and spunlaced filter were belong surface filtration media,the dust into the filter depth was small,the spunlace filter has low residual resistance,long cleaning cycle,dust stripping rate,and the island fiber has long cleaning cycle,extended the filter's lifespan,it was superior membrane filter media and needle felt filter.This article is provided by the experimental data and reference,comprehensive evaluation of new media island fiber and spunlace filtration performance,in order to enhance the collection performance of fine particles,to extend filter life.
