This thesis has two parts:The first part is the introduction of spunlace production line;The second part is preparation and studying on performance of spunlace high-temperature filter material.The first part introduces the equipment of the spunlace production line, and compared with the equipment of other production line, focuses on checking the bearing capacity of the spunlace overhanging beam; The second part was studied from the following aspects:(1)study PTFE membrane、PPS fiber, membrane crack PTFE. Water-soluble PVA fiber, PTFE fabric and the extent of damage spunlace PTFE fabric, solve problems encountered in the fibers into a network process;(2)Select the appropriate spunlace parameters trial out four products (PPS/membrane crack PTFE composite spunlace high-temperature filter material,PPS/membrane crack PTFE spunlace high-temperature filter material,membrane crack PTFE composite spunlace high-temperature filter material,membrane crack PTFE spunlace high-temperature filter material);(3)By changing the surface density,spunlace parameters,study filter permeability, breaking strength, the average pore size distribution and other properties.Focus on high temperature resistance, acid resistance and dimensional stability of PPS/membrane crack PTFE composite spunlace high-temperature filter material and membrane crack PTFE composite spunlace high-temperature filter material.This topic through the above research, draw the following conclusion:(1) By analysising stress of spunlace machine overhanging beam,assuming the overhanging beams’deflection changed from lmm to10mm,compared the maximum stress of overhanging beam with the allowable stress,the results were far less than allowable stress.(2) Used the SEM to observe the spunlaced PTFE membrane,after spunlaced PTFE membrane occurs fibrillation phenomenon and with the increase of spunlace number, the degree of fibrillation of PTFE membrane increases, it can be inferred using the spunlace method to reinforce webs which containing membrane crack PTFE,Channel number and different spunlace pressure can impact the degree of fibrillation of the membrane crack PTFE. (3) PPS fibers have smooth surface and triangular cross section,PPS fibers easy to produce static electricity and need to go through antistatic treatment; Membrane crack PTFE fibers longitudinally is flat,cross section is irregularly shape greater discrete fiber strength,unmanageable and prone to static electricity so PTFE fibers need for anti-static treatment;Optimum dissolution temperature of the water-soluble PVA fiber is100℃.(4) The PTFE fabric damage increased by increasing the spunlace pressure.(5) Restricted by experimental condition,Can’t get100%PTFE fibers’net,the test need add25%water-soluble PVA fiber,after spunlace remove of the water-soluble PVA get PTFE high temperature filter material.(6) Within a certain range,with the spunlace pressure increased,filter volume density increased;with the surface density and spunlace pressure increased,Ventilation rate, average pore size decreased; With the increased of the surface density,tensile strength of filter material increased,with the spunlace pressure increased,tensile strength of compound filter material decreased. In the same conditions,tensile strength of no PTFE fabric composite filter material is more higher.(7) Focus on high temperature resistance, acid resistance and dimensional stability of PPS/membrane crack PTFE composite spunlace high-temperature filter material and membrane crack PTFE composite spunlace high-temperature filter material.high temperature resistance, acid resistance and dimensional stability of membrane crack PTFE composite spunlace high-temperature filter material is better.
