The tea processing technology and equipment of the tea are the basis of the modern tea production,which play important roles in the development of the modern tea production.The tea processing technology is complex with high standands.It is a key process of the tea carding,which is very important for the formation of tea quality.Based on the problem of the low efficiency and high failure rate,the eccentric gear parameters is analyzed and a new driving mechanism is presented in this paper—a tea carding mechanism with asymmetric motion.After that,the feasibility and advantages of the new tea carding mechanism is simulated.The main works and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Through analysing the principle of the traditional tea carding mechanism,the kinematical model of the hollowware is constructed to find out the problem.Then the plan is designed.(2)By the theoretical analysis of the eccentric gear,the motion parameters is obtained.Through the simulation of the eccentric gear's eccentric ratio and initial phase angle,the motion curve of the hollowware is obtained.Based on the basis of the experiments and certaining the size of parameters,the eccentricity should take 0.1725 and the phase should take 90° in order to ensure the minimal and maximal absolute velocity on the 0.7 m/s.They meet the requirements—the speed of the normal route is smooth and the speed of reverse route is fast.Then the specific geometric dimensions of eccentric gear is designed.(3)The size is designed and the strength is checked to other components of the mechanism.By the ADAMS,compared with the traditional tea carding mechanism,the pros and cons of the travel speed of the tea carding mechanism can improve the quality of tea carding.(4)A tea carding mechanism with new transmission is proposed—the tea carding mechanism with asymmetric motion.It uses the asymmetric movement of the eccentric gear to the tea carding mechanism.The phase angle adjustment is designed to satisfy various of the tea processing.In this paper,a new transmission is proposed which is based on the eccentric gear.The simulation results show that the the tea carding mechanism with asymmetric motion has some advantages relative to the traditional tea carding mechanism.
