Research On Optimization Of Mining Wasteland Reclamation And Utilization Structure

The rapid development of social economy has led to a surge in land use,the contradiction between land supply and demand gradually highlights,the quality of land,especially the quality of cultivated land is declining.For a long time,production and construction activities have destroyed a large number of land,resulting in deterioration of the ecological environment,seriously affecting the development of society."13th Five-Year" period,in Deepening the reform of supply sided,promote the optimization of the allocation of land resources,improve the efficiency and quality of land reclamation is a problem not to be ignored.At present,the reclamation of mining wasteland in resource cities still faces many problems and challenges,such as the irrational use of land reclamation with a simple way,many places in order to achieve the expansion of the city,regardless of the specific conditions which direct reclamation into farmland to replace the urban land.Under the above background,this paper mainly analyzes the optimization of the structure of mining wasteland reclamation from the following aspects:First,based on the domestic and foreign research,the paper briefly describes the basic concepts of land reclamation and utilization of industrial scrap land and the optimization of land use structure.Second,the author briefly analyzes the distribution and damage of industrial scrap land and the main direction of reclamation in Taiyuan.Mining scrap land in Taiyuan is mainly due to industrial and mining enterprises accounted for digging or isobaric damage,mainly for moderate damage,which damaged the mining waste land of 281.80 hectares,the enterprise abandoned land 97.14 hectares,19.84 hectares of abandoned brick kiln.Third,on the basis of system theory,landscape ecology and sustainable development theory,this paper constructs a model for the optimization of the structure of land use and reclamation,which is the niche model and CA model.Fourth,experimental study in Loufan County,based on the constraints of natural,economic and social niche synthesis as well as the actual conditions,the optimal reclamation type is 25.22 hectares of cultivated land,and 125.89 hectares of forest area.Fifth,optimize the space layout of specific land reclamation based on the number of optimization by using model software.Finally,the paper puts forward the measures for the protection of industrial wasteland reclamation.
