This research starts from the macroscopic point of view,based on the river and lake resources in Anhui Province to start the study of rivers and lakes recuperate.According to the province of different river basin resources status quo,we used "landscape lakers and forest's life community" concept as the guide,Measures for the protection and restoration of river and lake ecosystems by regional measures.In order to protect the province's ecological security and to achieve the the economic,ecological and social sustainable development of 13 th Five-Year Period in Anhui Province provides a decision-making assistance.First of all,in accordance with the Ministry of Land and Resources,the National Development and Reform Commission and other eight ministries jointly issued the norms and requirements of the "Cultivated grassland rivers and lakes recuperation plan(2016-2030)",combined with the Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission to provide the province's rivers and lakes the basic situation of census data This paper summarizes the current situation and development trend of river lake resources in Anhui Province,and expounds the problems existing in the development and protection of rivers and lakes in our province,and emphasizes the importance of protecting rivers and lakes resources to the economic,ecological and social development of our province And the urgency of speeding up the implementation of rivers and lakes recuperate.Secondly,according to the national eight ministries and commissions issued on the rivers and lakes recuperation planning content requirements and the province's "thirteen five" water development special planning,the development of rivers and lakes in Anhui Province to implement the program.As the rivers and lakes in Anhui Province is divided into the Yangtze River Basin,Huaihe River Basin,Chaohu Lake Basin and the Xin'an River Basin,the four major watershed,focusing on the river basin to the resource endowment based on the concept of rivers and lakes,And the rational use of and protection of rivers and lakes,for the province's rivers and lakes recuperation work to provide a theoretical support.In order to improve the practicality of rivers and lakes in Anhui Province,this paper puts forward to establish and improve the policy system of rivers and lakes in Anhui Province.Mainly contains six custody and protection of rivers and lakes protection and repair policy,trying to strengthen the policy level on the rivers and lakes to protect the living expenses.Finally,through of the above analysis and combined with the status quo and existing problems of rivers and lakes in Anhui Province,put forward my suggestions.At present,some river basin structure pollution in our province still exists,the local government to achieve cross-sectoral decision-making and across the regional boundaries to implement,including the legislative system of comprehensive ecological,economic development model to ecological transformation;The province of rural pond to repair and restore the ecological barrier barrier function;at the same time actively explore the establishment of cross-regional ecological compensation of the new mechanism for relevant stakeholders and the broad masses to participate in supervision and promote the implementation of Anhui Province rivers and lakes recuperation program effective implementation.
