Throughout the full mechanization of sugar harvesting trend in developed sugar industry countries at present,developping a mature,reliable whole-stalk sugar cane harvester suited to China's national conditions has important implications for lower production costs and improving economic efficiency.This paper relies on a good platform coopering with a company in Guanxi,analyzes revealed problems of prototype in field testing process,also puts forward practicable methods,based on sugarcane harvester prototype.According to the methods,the paper aims to improve the design and research hydraulic system of prototype and optimizes the whole hydraulic system combined with the machine funttions by the integrated methods of theoretical analysis,virtual simulation technology and experimental research.The main research work includes the following aspects:1.This paper proposes effective solution ideas through theoretical analysis for the revealed problems in field testing process of poor speed rigidity of cane-lift device,cane root broken,blockage of stripping leaves channel,poor leaves separating ability,driving system and other issues.2.According to the results of theory analysis solution for solving the problem of cane root broken,poor leaves separating ability and blockage of stripping leaves channel,this paper designs and optimizes hydraulic system for installed top cutting device,leaf separation device,and improves the hydraulic system design of cane-lift device,stripping leaves,driving system,Which improve and perfect the whole hydraulic system from improved machine performance and overall operating indicators perspective.3.Establishing the model of improved hydraulic system and carrying out simulation analysis by hydraulic simulation technology,according to results of simulation analysis,evaluating the performance of hydraulic system of each part,and verifing the feasibility and correctness of theoretical analysis.4.Through the method of experimental study,test the performance and stability of improved machine,and verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the rationality of simulation analysis.Detect the pressure and flow changes of the motor for leaves stripping device when the load changes in the field simulation test and monitor the dynamic characteristic of motors for each device at the time of starting,no-load operating and braking.Through field test,mainly test the pressure and flow changes of base cutter top-cutting hydraulic system and test pressure changes of cane lift device and leaf separation device under actual conditions,which all above can provide a reference for the improved design of hydraulic system for whole-stalk sugarcane harvester.
