In the production of PVC by calcium carbide method of vinyl chloride production process,due to the reaction of raw gas ratio,fixed fluidized bed heat removing efficiency,moisture content of raw gas,raw material gas entrained impurities to produce two chlorine ethane mainly in process synthesis,is associated with carbide production of vinyl chloride by process of by-product organic waste,waste liquid in the heavy fraction of vinyl chloride monomer in the refining process.This article is based on "calcium carbide method" the characteristics of the vinyl chloride by-product high boiling,the first,use gas chromatography/mass spectrometry instrument for qualitative and quantitative detection of high boiling component analysis.In has been clear about the various components,on the basis of physical and chemical properties,determined the various components separation technology scheme;Design process according to size,the size of the relevant separation equipment are simulated and the internal structure,determine the relevant cold of the specifications of the change of form a complete set of equipment and pipeline structure,finally determine the overall process,formed the scale,high boiling best separation and purification of dichloroethane in equipment and process technology.Test results after the technical transformation is complete and practical operation show that the development of the high boiling continuous,efficient separation and purification technology,in the appropriate combination of process conditions,achieve the design goals of dichloroethane and recovery of vinyl chloride.
