The recovery technology of high boiling residue of vinyl chloride is to recover the high-boiling residue produced in the vinyl chloride rectification in the PVC production section.In this paper,the recovery process and data model are established from the economic benefit and environmental protection of enterprises by using distillation purification technology.The data is simulated and validated by Aspen software,and the high-boiling residue recovery of vinyl chloride with annual treatment capacity of 8000t is designed Equipment technology and equipment,through the actual operation of the site to meet business requirements.The main work is as follows:1.The process of VCM high boiling residue recovery process is designed.The cost of the energy consumption,manufacturing cost and staff salaries are calculated.The economy of the recovery process is evaluated according to the market price of the actual product.2.The design of the recovery tower.The theoretical data of the VCM separation tower are obtained as follows:theoretical plate number 19,3.Tower diameter 0.28m,section pressure drop 1583.65Pa,and the filling of each section of the column.The data of the distillation tower are calculated by the preliminary calculation,and the Aspen model is established.Height,grading volume,theoretical plate height,pressure drop,pressure drop ratio,liquid flow rate.The 50%and 120%design load tests were carried out to obtain the vapor and liquid data of the trays and verify the production requirements.4.The design package process:design recovery process PID flow chart,equipment structure,equipment,piping layout.The VCM purity is more than 95%,the purity of 1,1-dichloroethane is 91%,and the chroma is less than 15%.
