Research On Application Of Context Aware Technology In The Quality Management Of Suit Working Process

The quality of the suit is directly related to the economic benefit and reputation of the suit manufacturing enterprises.The existing research on suit quality management mainly focuses on the qualified rate of suit or quality evaluation afterwards,but it is lack of the quality management of the working process,which makes it difficult to develop the effectiveness.In this paper,we studied the prediction model for the suit working process based on context-aware technology,rough set theory and ontology,and developed a prototype system.This research was support by project of” Development and demonstration of key technology in manufacturing application ”(No.2014BAF07B00).On the basis of investigation and a large number of literature at home and abroad,this paper studies the context-aware technology,ontology technology and rough set theory,and develop a quality prediction prototype system of suit working process.The mainly works of this paper is as follows:(1)According to the demand of quality management of suit working process and study of the environmental characteristics of the suit production line,a two-part and four-layer context aware architecture is proposed,which is suitable for the suit working process quality prediction.(2)In the study of various factors affecting the quality of suit process,a context model associated with process quality is established.This model using ontology to build a working process quality knowledge base of quality problems,reasons,technic,process and solutions as the five core entity of suit.(3)Using rough set theory to obtain vast amounts of data extract inference rules for process quality.O n the basis of establishing the knowledge base of the suit working process,a method of two steps is put forward for the quality prediction of the suit working process.(4)Through the above researc h,this paper uses Java and My SQ L database design and develop a quality prediction prototype system of suit working process based on context-aware technology,and through the practical application of the system to verify the feasibility and effectiveness.
