Along with the technology used in the horizontal well more and more completeness,horizontal wells are widely used in all reservoirs,realized organic combination with redevelopment in maturing field and high efficiency development in newly area and tap the latent power in maturing field and reserve estimate in trouble area and rolling exploration,became the mine technique of oil field development,received good develop effect and showing huge potential capacity.But along with the long and popular the used,horizontal well appears different problems in different reservoirs.In view of the problem such as can't deploy horizontal wells in fine formation particle reservoir and some wells product sand and damage the screen,develop gravel packer completion for horizontal well,include gravel packing pipe string,surficial model experiment,operating process and parameter,especially fit for unconsolidated and product flour sand formation,resolve the problems of screen blocked and broken and difficult control of flour sand.In view of steam partly rushed and horizontal part unequal developed in thermal horizontal well,begin from completion,we advance segregated completion in horizontal well,resolve the problem in depth.This paper improve this technique with segregated completion string and necessary gordian tools and well course calculation.During completion,parted horizontal part by external casing packer,contribute to follow-up stimulation treatment(such as segregated steam injection and segregated water location and shut off).In view of can't gather whole test data in high viscosity horizontal well and horizontal part longer than 400 m,develop low delivery volume meter and continuous tubing wireline auxiliary pusher to realize well test in low producer and long horizontal part well,advance production profile test technology for horizontal well,provide more positive and more effective test result for horizontal well.
