Natural Marine alkaloids is a kind of abundant biological active compounds and widely distribute in Marine organisms.In recent years,with the continuous development of Marine biotechnology,scientists have made significant progress in research on Marine alkaloids.Baculiferin L is a Marine alkaloids that extracted from the south China sea sponge Iotrochota baculifera.Owing to the content is low and sponge extraction is difficult,so it will be meaningful to study the total synthesis design of Baculiferin L and the synthesis of its derivatives.Based on the reasons mentioned above,paper designed a suitable fully synthetic routes of Baculiferin L precursor.This route used several reactions included Hinsberg reaction,esterification,Suzuki-Miyaura reaction of palladium catalyst,hydrolysis,decarboxylation,substitution,reduction and cyclization reactions based on phenylethylamine.And we have been used NMR,MS,HPLC-MS methods to characterize the structure ofintermediates.After finished the whole route,this paper summarized and optimized the key reaction,the research results provided a technical basis for the industrial synthesis of Baculiferin L and its derivatives in the future.
