Nitrogen containing heterocyclic compounds have unique chemical structures,which show intentional activities in many aspects,and have been the focus of new pesticide development.Pyrazole ring is a kind of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic structure in nature,which has been used widely in the development of new compounds,not only medicine but also new pesticide development.In order to develop new broad-spectrum,high-efficiency,low toxicity and environment-friendly insecticides,we designed and synthesized 15 pyrazole amides by using pyrazole amides as lead compounds,active substructure splicing and analogical synthesis.10 acrylonitrile compounds containing 2,4-dichlorophenyl were designed and synthesized by molecular structure design,homology synthesis and active substructure splicing.The structure of the compound was characterized by 1HNMR and HRMS.The insecticidal activities of 15 pyrazole amides against Plutella xylostella Linnaeus were tested.The results showed that all the compounds had certain insecticidal activities.The lethal rate of compoundsⅡ7a1b1-1,Ⅱ7a2b2c-1 andⅡ7a2b2c-3 to Plutella xylostella could reach 100%at the concentration of 100 mg/L.The results of acaricidal experiments on 10 synthesized acrylonitrile compounds showed that all of them had effects on Tetranychus cinnabarinmam Boisduval.The lethal rate of compoundsⅢ5-c andⅢ5-F to Tetranychus cinnabarinus could reach100%after 48 h of culture at the dosage of 10 mg/L.3-(2-bromoethoxy)-N-(4-chloro-2-methyl-6-(methylcarbamoyl)phenyl)-1-(3-chloropyridine-2-yl)-pyrazole-5-carboxamide is a new chlorantraniliprole derivative synthesized in our laboratory in 2018.It has ultra-high activity against Spodoptera exigua and Chilo suppressalis.We named it 2-bromoacetamide.We studied the solvent,reactant ratio and recycle of the reaction solution in the synthesis of 2-bromoxamide.Through a large number of systematic experiments,we determined a suitable production process.The recycle of the reaction solution greatly improved the conversion rate of raw materials and reduced the discharge amount of industrial wastes.
