Cyclophane,whether microcyclophane or macrocyclophane,cause the chemists widely interests,because of its unique characteristics in light?electric?magnetic and semiconductor materials,etc.In the past fifty years,cyclophanes and its transition metal complexes also got further researched and developed.To further enrich the structure and coordination properties of the pyridinophane compounds.We focus on the synthesis of 2,11,20-trithia[3.3.3](2,6)pyrazinophane31,We got the crystal of the compound in a mixed solution of chloroform and acetone.The crystal structure of 2,11,20-trithia[3.3.3](2,6)pyrazinophane31 belongs to Monoclinic crystal system,C2/c space group.Molecules through the role of ?-? stacking together two adjacent molecules heterocyclic where each plane is parallel to that angle all the 0°.We used 2,11-dithia[3.3](2,6)pyrazinophane30 as ligand to synthesize coordination compounds with Hg(?)and characterized by X-ray crystallography.We used 2,11,20-trithia[3.3.3](2,6)pyrazinophane31 as ligand to synthesize coordination compounds with Ag(I)and characterized by X-ray crystallography.Cyclophanes pipeline application is very broad,so this article's exploration focuses on cyclophanes molecular tubular 35,the synthesis of compounds has been synthesizedintermediate:Pyrazine-2,3,5,6-tetracarboxylicacid39,1,4-Bis-chloromethyl-2,5-dimethoxy-benzene43.Unfortunately,we didn't get our desired products,in the future work,we will continue to explore.
