| In recent years,China’s coal mine safety accident occurred frequently and gas explosion is the most important reason.Building powerful gas monitoring system not only is the requirements of country for the coal mine enterprises,but also is the the main component of coal mine safety management.The portable gas detectors has played an important role in mine safety accident prevention.At present,portable gas detectors’ management is recycling,dispatching and registering manually in coalmine enterprises,which will make mistakes easy and can’t meet the demand of enterprise for instrument management.To solve these problems,the embedded technology,automatic vending mahine technology and radio frequency identification technology will be introduced into management of portable gas detectors.As a result automatic recycling and dispatching system for potable gas detectors is designed in the project.The system includes three parts:server-side,embedded control circuit and automatic recycling and dispatching device,matching server software and client software also are developed.The server is responsible for the storage of basic information of portable gas detectors,which can provide data support for querying information and printing reports.The data of server is required to be absolutely safe,so the server of this system adopts industrial computer,which can make sure the system run continuously for a long time in severe dust environment.The embedded control circuit is composed of radio frequency identification module,storage channel detecting module,electric push rod driving module,ARM control core module and power module.Radio frequency identification module uses RFID technology to recognize staff card and gas detector which is embedded RF card.Storage channel detecting module utilize capacitive proximity switches to detect that whether do have detectors in storage channel.Electric push rod driving module controls electric rod to elongate and shrink by connection and disconnection of the relay.ARM control module is the core of the system,which has the functions of data processing,data transmission,judging command and the control of electric push rod.Power module provides 12 V,3.3 V,5 V stable voltage for the whole system.The design of automatic recycling and dispatching device for portable gas detectors learns from the technology of vending machine.The device be composed of two parts of recycling and dispatching,and dispatching device includes two detector storage channel,a dispatching channel and two sliding rail.Recycling device includes two detector recycling warehouses,a recycling channel and a spring which can avoid accumulating detectors.The bottom of recycling warehouse have shock buffering rubber and is designed arc cant,which can avoid effectively collision and accumulation of detectors in the process of slide.In addition,automatic dispatching devices are still designed the the interface of hardware system,for example,capacitive proximity switch interface,radio frequency identification module interface,electric push rod driving interface and touch screen interface,etc.The design of device is compact and the volume is also small,which can improve the space utilization rate of instrument room.The software system includes server database management software and client management software.Server-side adopts MySQL database and make use of Qt4.7 graphical user interface application to programme database management software,which can realize effective management of administrators,workers and the portable gas detectors.Client-side program uses Linux operating system and make use of Qt graphical interface software to write client management program.UDP protocol is used for data communication between the client and server.Finally,the whole system platform is builded,and a series of function tests of the recycling and dispatching system are done on this platform.The results of test show that the system has reached the anticipated designing requirement in aspects of dispatching speed,recycling and dispatching records,system stability and capability of anti-interference.The system once puts into use,which can improve automation and informationization of the management of mine portable gas detectors to a new level. |
