Research On PDM Technology Implementation In Chemical Equipment Enterprises

China Chemical Equipment Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of China National Chemical Corporation subsidiary,whose business is involved in the field of chemical engineering machinery,chemical equipment.According to the engineering needs of information construction of Chinese Chemical Equipment Corporation enterprise and the characteristics of the equipment and product development process management,the theoretical approach,key technologies and implementation are focused on and carried out in Chinese Chemical Equipment Corporation.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Considering the features of the product development process management and the status in information technology industry,the main problems existed during the product development process,the development related to some key technology in product data management,research and current application in enterprise are discussed and the main contents and key technologies in China Chemical Equipment Corporation product data management are defined.(2)Using the PDM system key technologies,considering to the major issues exsited in product technology management system and the digital needs of China Chemical Equipment Corporation,the operation mode based on PDM platform as the core and management mechanisms of product development and business process and technical condition monitoring in the digital age are explored.The PDM product data management environment based on theory,functional architecture framework to build and key technology is performed,aiming to achieve project management solutions for business process management with BOM as the core product data management in China Chemical Equipment Corporation.(3)According to the management mode in Chinese Chemical Equipment Corporation,off-site application and internet-based unified-distributed material coding PDM group management system are studied,in order to achieve the management needs among subsidiaries and collaborative offices in Chinese Chemical Equipment Corporation.(4)Based on IntePDM system,the overall functionality application framework group deployment of the PDM system are carried out to meet the strategic requirements of overall management and control and goals of among subsidiaries operation independently in China Chemical Equipment Corporation Group.(5)The application modules as PDM system product structur,,components,chart documentation,work-flow,modification,process planing,systems integration,coding,collaborative work spot management are carried out simultaneously,aiming to achieve PDM digital management system in China Chemical Equipment Corporation Group.(6)The economical and social benefits in enterprise are certificated through the implementation and promotion of PDM system in China Chemical Equipment Corporation,which provides a good role model for IT technology reformation in China's chemical equipment manufacturing industry.
