Bamboo is susceptible to mildew,and the current anti-mold treatment technology is still difficult to achieve long-term anti-mildew.In this paper,we use nano-hydrothermal nanopowder PNIPAm(Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide))as the raw material,using in-situ reaction to sterilize very strong nano-silver in the hydrogel,and treat the bamboo material with mildew,then pass the temperature of the hydrogel.Variable characteristics to achieve the controlled release of nano silver to achieve long-term anti-mildew effect of bamboo.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Hydrogels with a temperature sensitivity of less than 50 nm have been successfully prepared,characterized and studied for mildew resistance.The results show that the nano hydrogels are spherical and have reversible phase transformation behavior at about 32 ?.However,the nano hydrogels of PNIPAm do not have antifungal properties.(2)Silver-loaded nanocomposite hydrogels were successfully prepared,and the silver-loaded nanocomposite hydrogel impregnated with bamboo was studied.The characterization and anti-mildew test were studied.The results showed that when the immersion treatment time was 90 min,the solid content was 0.90 wt%,and the pressure was 0.5 MPa,the best drug loading rate was achieved;the hydrogel filled or covered with bamboo did not change the microstructure;Nano-composite hydrogel has a good anti-mildew effect,which provides a theoretical basis for long-term anti-mildew bamboo.(3)With boiling water(F),1.0 wt% hydrochloric acid(S)and 1.0 wt% sodium hydroxide solution(J)were combined into different extraction groups,and the effects of different extraction treatments on bamboo structure and anti-mildew properties were discussed.The results showed that the morphology of the bamboo pieces did not change after leaching treatment,but the amount of free hydroxyl groups decreased,starch,soluble sugar and other extracts were dissolved,and the anti-mildew properties were improved.The efficacy of FJS treatment was high.95.0 %,with good mildew resistance.(4)In order to improve the defect that nanosilver is oxidized,the improvement process of the hydrogel was investigated.The results showed that when acrylic acid(AAc)25 ?l,acrylamide(AAm)0.035 g and Polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)0.100 g,the PVP/Ag-loaded nanocomposite hydrogel with the smallest particle size was obtained with uniform distribution,no agglomeration,and Ag was not easily oxidized;the experiment showed that PVP/Ag-loaded nanocomposite The hydrogel has a good anti-mildew property,and the bamboo basically maintains its original color during the anti-mildew process.
