| 2-Amino-5-chloro-4-methyl benzenesulfouic acid is one of vital red pigment intermediates,after diazotization,which couole with 2,3-acid,β-naphthol respectively,we could obtain C.I,pigment red 52 and C.I,pigment red 53,two sorts of which are deemed as ever bright bronze red C and plastic red,mainly applied in paint,color ink,rubber and plastics coloring,etc.It can be regarded as the most significant substance of the red pigment.Currently,the process of CLT acid iron powder reduction can jeopardize our environment as the pollution matter,thus is viewed as the national prohibited method.Catalytic hydrogenation preparation has been widely utilized.Therefore,the improvement of CLT acid synthesis process bears a farily urgent significance.In this paper we will introduce the Se/CO/H2O system into the CLT acid reduction,namely,a new preparation of CLT acid method,and the reduction with the property of more environmental protective and more economical than the traditional one.In this paper,in high temperature and high pressure conditions,we use water as a reaction medium and inorganic base as well as organic base reduction 2-methyl-4-5-nitrobenzene sulfonic acid to CLT acid.Furthermore,through a lot of conditioning experiments,the better experimental condition are always the priority.This paper is divided into four parts:the first part is the introduction part,where we basicly introduced the CLT acid structure,properties,applications and the main industry production process nowadays,and the advantages and disadvantages of each process compared;The second part is the experimental part,this paper introduces the operation process and product analysis method;The third part is the part of the experimental conditions,through the deformation of the various experimental factors we finally view the reaction as a better condition;The final part is the conclusion.In this paper,it has been through a large raft of experiments confirming a relatively better reaction condition:CLT acid:6.7 mmol,selenium:0.036g,anhydrous sodium carbonate:1.8 g,DBU:0.8 g,water:40 ml,temperature:180 ℃,PC06MPa,reaction time:6 h.Under this condition,after testing the purity of the target product which should be above 95%in white color,Although the CLT acid purity does not meet the industry standard,the test for the following the system restore preparation CLT acid provide some reliable data and feasibility method. |
