| 1-aminoanthraquinone is an important intermediate of anthraquinone dyes,which is used in a large proportion of the dyes market. The traditional syntheticmethods as well as some new ways developed in recent years are insufficient in oneway or another. In this paper, we aim to develop a new synthetic method which isgreener, simpler, more convenient and more efficient.In this paper, the Se/CO/H2O system is applied to1-nitroanthraquinone reduction.It is a new method of preparation of1-aminoanthraquinone, and more friendly to theenvironment and economical. The issue further develop the Se/CO/H2O catalyzedsystem.In this paper, we involved the1-nitroanthraquinone as raw material, selenium ascatalyst, bases as co-catalyst, in the Se/CO/H2O catalyzed system we managed tosynthesize the1-aminoanthraquinone.We investigated the effect of the reaction time, the amount and type ofco-catalyst, the amount of water, selenium powder,substrate, reaction temperature,and CO pressure on the reaction. NaHCO3is determined as a preferably co-catalyst.The effect order of different factors for the reduction was obtained by orthogonalexperiment: amount of water> pressure> amount of selenium> temperature. Theoptimization condition is1-Nitroanthraquinone:1.265g (5mmol); Se:0.0158g(0.2mmol); H2O30ml; NaHCO30.42g (5mmol); T:150℃; PCO:5.0MPa; t:3h.Thepurity of1-aminoanthraquino is96.53%.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is literature review, whichmainly introduces the1-aminoanthraquinone’s property, structure, applications andindustry production technology, and compares their advantages and disadvantages.The second part is the experimental section, which describes the experimental processand product analysis method. The third part is the results and discussion, includingexperimental conditions, orthogonal, parallel experiments. The fourth part is aconclusion. |
