operational management is an eternal theme for enterprises to keep longevity.If we want to realize operational management transformations from the extensive to the lean,from experience to science,from relying more on investment in resources and capital to relying more on knowledge and human capital,it is very necessary to comprehensively diagnose the current situation of enterprise operational management.This article is based on the current situation of operational management and transformation requirements of Chalco Liancheng Branch.By interview,standard questionnaire survey,vertically and horizontally benchmarking to the standard,data analysis,model application,referring to the existing institution system etc,deep diagnostic analysis are done from three aspects of production operation system,management structure,concept and ability.By using the analytical methods of cost structure associated,value stream,problems tree,the key troubles of high resource consumption,high material consumption and scarce equipment support capability of production operation system are found.In this article,current efficiency,AC consumption,alumina consumption,anode consumption,the key equipment support capability are mainly analyzed and improvement Suggestions to management structure and concept and ability are put forward on the basis of diagnosis.The author adopts nine-dimension analysis to study the enterprise health condition,and puts forward improving Suggestions of five aspects.The author believes that as a successful enterprise,the performance should be paid attention to,at the same time the organizational health should also be considered seriously.If the performance is the essence of an enterprise,the organizational health should be the organizational DNA for an enterprise to achieve long-term success,the power for an enterprise to guarantee itself to achieve performance targets.
