As one of an important resources,colliery plays an indispensible role in industry and people's livehood.Chinese coal production maintain the first place around worldwide for many years,however,in the meantime,the security situation is not optimistic enough.Compared to other coutries owned advanced mining technology,accident rates of coal mine in our courtry and death rate per million tons is relatively high.Therefore,colliery safety production becomes a major event of people's livehood.If monitoring system is installed in colliery,it could be benificial to enhance disaster prevention and resilience,improve safety fundamental conditons so as to avoid accidents.Colliery minitoring system is a comprehensive system.More specifically,that is to install gas,wind speed,tempreture,corbon monoxide and other sensors to reliaze real-time monitoring for all kinds of datas,then deliver it to the mainframe above ground through equipment and finally discovered in terminal.Monitoring system has assigned full-time technical staffs in case the data exception,and once it occurs,the system would give a sound-light alarm to warn the watchkeepers so that they can make measures and evacuate equipments and personnels in time,reduce people's loss of life and property and ensure safery production.Monitoring system in our country starts late and still has many problems compared with other advanced countries:the communication and information contract lacks of standardization in the aspect of information technology and there is a lack of coordination betwwen the factories;there is a problem in system compatibility and data sharing;the implement of interregional interconnection has not truly reliazed so that unified remote monitoring is still unreliazed.In allusion to the problems mentioned above,this thesis emphasizes on a research of the approach to data intergration and put forward effective methods to data intergation,besides,analysed several key technologies mentioned in this subject:DDE,WINSOCK,OPC and etc,raised a further study of their functions in the development of the system.Based on that,made a design and planning of colliery safety minitoring system software,using C/S and B/S hybrid model as system architectural model and chose the Delphi as software development platform to conduct a design of system software which include each modules.At the last,designed and developed a client software of colliery safety monitoring system based the above researches,and did a field software test which demonstrated a postive result.The software includes system data display,report printing and other modules,realized the full functions of colliery comphrehensive safety monitoring system,which includes various display of forms of real time data and historic data,and give alarm once there is any monitoring value overproof in concentration of gas,carbon monoxide and temprature.And being responsible for data query,data printing as well as remote video playing which is recored by monitoring probes.Apart from that,intergrate and interact the independent data of each system through taking advantages of network so as to reliaze interregional networking and data sharing easily and conveniently.
