Abstract/Summary:
Ultra-high-strength-steel parts can not only reduce vehicle weight but also improve the security of the car.In recent years,the demand is becomning great more,So it needs develop the corresponding hot forming technology and equipments.Mechanical hand feeding technology has the superiority of fast speed,high efficiency,high product quality,good accuracy and conducives to the realization of automation of production lines.however,the traditional feeding technology is not suitable for capturing and transferring high temperature plate rapidly in hot forming process,Which makes the development of the hot forming mechanical hand necessary.According to the requirements of hot forming process,steel plate need for heating to high temperature more than 900℃,Reducing steel plate’s temperature drop and deformation in transferring process is a key point of the mechanical hand capturing.According to the time requirements and space layout in hot forming production line,we designed the mechanical hand with two degree of freedom,and the framework was designed like door to fit the space layout and assembly requirements.Double speed structure was used to meet the requirement of high speed up to 4m/s.At the same time,according to the plate’s thermal and mechanical properties at high temperature,using multiple grasping locations and reasonable arrangement of fingers could reduce plate’s deformation obviously.we completed the development of mechanical hand manipulator which can grasping and unloading rapidly and stablely.Meanwhile,we brought up the measures for the heat insulation and temperature protection measures during the transferring process.Mechanical hand is the key epuipment of production line in automatic operation.The production line,designed in this assignment,achieves the entire line’s automatic operation by using the central integrated control mode,achieves production rhythm optimization,and improves the thermoforming efficiency by optimizing single equipment’s speed,the movement’s cooperation and coordination between equipments.Through combining the Theory researching,Numerical simulation,designing,with the Processing and manufacturing,Experimental verification,This assignment has finished the research and development of the thermoforming machinery hand,and been used in thermoforming production line seccessfully.
