The Wulanchabu region of Inner Mongolia,where is arid and semi-arid temperate continental monsoon climate,with sparse vegetation,dry climate,less rainfall,however water is very important for the region.Jining Power Plant located in Jining east side of the basalt plateau,its east and west sides,respectively King Hung Hai River and groundwater sources,the responsible task of Jining drinking water supply,leakage of construction projects,such as the operation of the event accidents,will contaminate groundwater,and could threaten the safety of two water sources.Therefore,the impact of research projects carried out on the groundwater environment is significant.According to the Environmental hydrogeological survey,groundwater plant evaluation Quaternary pore main types of diving,snorkeling and fractured bedrock bedrock pore fissure water pressure,vertical recharge from rainfall is the main way to recharge the groundwater in the area,followed by lateral recharge and river recharge groundwater runoff from the north and northwest,and the evaporation and labor exploitation of groundwater is mainly excreted.The overall flow of groundwater runoff from northwest to southeast.Identify whether to run the power plant leak and affect groundwater environment,groundwater environment Survey carried out and evaluated the plant evaluation area.The results show: fluoride,nitrite nitrogen,volatile phenol,fluoride,nitrite nitrogen,iron,potassium permanganate index and total bacterial count exceeded.Constructions of the plant were carried out after the service expires and operational conditions of normal,abnormal working conditions and accident conditions impact on groundwater environmental prediction and evaluation.The results showed that:(1)The construction period,after the expiration of the service and operational conditions of normal and abnormal conditions of the groundwater environment was less affected.(2)Accident conditions,we choose three typical scenarios,predict and evaluate their impact on the groundwater environment.(1)Pool water desulfurization system appears damaged,contaminants in the period of leakage of pollutants,plume migration distance of maximum forward 130.42 m,at this time,the distance between the leading edge of village wells Hou about 660 m,its distance from the west edge of the King River water source two protected areas,the eastern side of the border about 2420 m,its distance from the edge of the eastern side of the Red Hazel water source protection zone west of the boundary of two approximately 2130 m.The occurrence of unexpected leak diesel fuel ignition system,contaminants in the same period,the greatest striker plume migrate distance of 1196.20 m.At this point,the striker is far away from Hou Village wells approximately 520 m,feather edge distance west of contaminated river water source Overlord eastern boundary of two protected areas is around 2250 m,and the plume from the edge of the western boundary of the eastern side of the Red Hazel secondary water source protection zone is around 2045 m.Wastewater pond leakage industrial wastewater treatment systems,pollutants in the same period,the greatest striker plume migrate distance of 1029.43 m.At this point,the striker is away from Hou Village wells approximately 740 m,feather edge distance west of contaminated river water source Overlord eastern boundary of two protected areas is around 2300 m,and the plume from the edge of the western boundary of the eastern side of the Red Hazel secondary water source protection zone is around 2250 m.When the leak occurred at the plant Angelus representative scenarios can cause permanganate index and petroleum exceeded in groundwater,but in the power plant period of service,Hou village drinking water wells will not impact on the King River and Red Hazel basic does not affect water sources.
