Electrospinning has been one of the most important methods for the preparation of nanofibers.Nanofibers which were prepared by electrospinning have been widely applied but its low production limited the use and development of electrospinning nanofibers.An approach to fabricating nano-fibre yarn was proposaled based on the forming mechanism of traditional nano-fibre yarn,air-jet Electrospun and twisting by rolling gauze cylinders to improve the production of nano-fibre yarn.A set of deveice for the fabrication of nano-fiber of scale was prepared and the optimal parameters for the fabrication were studied through some experiments related.The project was fund by ?The National Natural Science Foundation Project?(?the mechanism and experiments of air-jet Electrospun nano-fibre yarn?.NO: 51203196).An approach to fabricate yarn twisted by rolling gauze cylinder based on Electrospun was proposaled.The mechanism of forming yarn twised by gauze cylinders in electric field was studied based on mechanical design science at first.we can not only control the movement of nano-fibre but also improve the production and make it possible to fabricte nano-fibre yarn continiously with the proposaled method.The 3-D stretch models of polymer jets during different formation were built and the mechanical properties were studied too.A set of new multi-jets device in step airflow field for Electrospun was constructed and then a set of twisting device based on nagetive pressure absorbtion by two gauze cylinders was assemled.The key parties of the twisting device were calculated and checked scientifically.The 3-D models of Electrospun device and its key paties were built by software ?SolidWorks?.The structure and the Modal of the skeletal structure of gauze cylinders in static and dynamic situations were studied by the software ?Ansys?.The natural frequency,deformation regular and the distrubution of stress and strain were studied.The difference between natural frequency and fundamental frequency was quiet dramatic according to the result above and the skeletal structure of gauze cylinders was qualified in the term of strength.Some experiments related were made with the Electrospun device.The result suggested that the production and fiber finess will increase with the raise in voltage applied and air volume at first and then start decreasing.Besides,when the solution velocity reached certain fixed amount,the production and fiber finess will stop increasing and stay.To some extent,the increase in the spinning velocity of gauze cylinders will result in more close fiber layout,biger twisting angle,better strength,better extention property and smaller fiber diameter.The general results suggested that: the proposaled approach and the novel multi-jets device could improve the production dramatically and made it possible to fabricate nano-fiber of scale.
