It is an inevitable trend offurther development of manufacturing industry to realize the automation of grinding. Thispaper is according to the existing twist drill’s sharpening principle, design one grindingmachine that can realize of five shaft automatic grinding.Frist, according to the twist drill’s sharpening principle, cone flank is established,including the former flank,the main cutting edge and the horizontal edge, the sharpeningparameter and the design variable relationship is inferred, and discussesed the effect ofsharpening parameters on the design variable of twist drillSecondly,Combined with the twist drill’s sharpening principle and basic form ofmovement, to determine the basic structure of machine tool. and establishment of the spatialcoordinates of machine tool structure. Derived the coordinate of machine tool, workpiececoordinate system and the tool coordinate system. The drill grinding parameters determine therelationship between the position of the twist drill and the grinding wheel. In order to realizetwist drill reasonable geometric parameters for grinding purposes, choose the appropriategrinding parameters, ultimately determine the movement of the grinding machine in everydirection and angle of rotation.Using Pro/E software to establish the three-dimensional solid model of machine tool,Analysis of feasibility and machine interference problem of drill grinding, and through theANSYS software, analysis on the machine tool and machine components by the finiteelement. |
