As the core foundation of stealth technology,radar-absorbing material can significantly improve the penetration ability of military objectives viability and weapons systems.In addition,the increasing expansion of absorbing material in industrial production,labor protection and the scope of application in improving the performance of electronic devices and equipment and other civilian areas,has been deep into the communications jamming,electronic information security,environmental and human protection,and many other fields.Development "frequency bandwidth,light weight,thin,absorption rate," the absorbing material,to carry out its structure,properties and mechanism of action,has become a hot topic and the frontier electromagnetic shielding and stealth technology.In this paper,a metal fiber absorbing fabric water-repellent agent by Second Baptist Second rolling method and a flame retardant coating finishing method,flame retardant finishing,give absorbing fabric repellency and flame retardancy.Single factor experiment investigate water repellent concentration,type,flame retardant concentration,drying time,drying temperature,coating thickness and mangle experimental factors affecting the performance of absorbing fabric,the conclusion that the optimum process.This paper uses aramid fiber and ferronickel fiber blends.On the one hand,the use of Kevlar to make up for 1414 performance nickel-iron fiber can prevent deficiency in performance,to meet the subsequent spinning and weaving process requirements;on the other hand,the use of aramid fiber 1414 itself has the effect of eliminating the flame retardant a flame retardant finishing,while high-strength aramid fiber high modulus performance and improve physical performance goals fabric.To achieve good absorbing properties,after repeated experiments,the experiment proved that the nickel content of more than 25% iron fiber spinning process difficult,taking into account production costs,considering the higher prices of ferronickel fiber through trial and error,taking into account the common canopy cover cloth yarn linear density and the mechanical performance requirements,yarn linear density determined 59 tex,and aramid fiber the ratio was 10%,15%,20% three kinds.The ultimate success of spinning yarn,and the yarn properties were tested.Nickel iron fiber and aramid fiber yarn woven absorbing knitted by doing woven plot analysis sample absorbing effect,and double strands and single strands woven into the knitted fabric were absorbing Analysis absorbing properties,and using larger frequency difference absorbing effect do the analysis of orthogonal experiment to find the optimal mix ratio for a particular frequency.Finally,its water treatment,analysis of its absorbing properties,water resistance and flame retardance.
