Phase change materials(phase change materials)is a kind of material with a specific function,along with the phenomenon to absorb or release heat storage or gives off heat,and adjust,control working environmental temperature around the source or material,in order to realize its particular application function As the energy crisis,energy loss and pollution of the environment problem more and more serious,the researchers focus on phase change materials and value also increased.Based on the technology of monomer successfully prepared a new kind of solid-solid phase change energy storage material,it is with double bond and end carboxyl amphiphilic polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether phase change macromolecular monomer maleic acid ester(MAMPEG),acrylonitrile,the third monomer through water precipitation polymerization method,and synthesis of new ternary graft copolymer,the ternary graft copolymer with polyacrylonitrile as main chain rigidity,MAMPEG for flexible branched chain,the chain of macroscopic flow in phase transition occurs is limited by a main chain,so the new ternary copolymers showed solid-solid phase change characteristics.In this paper,the new synthetic process of ternary graft copolymer and the physical and chemical properties were studied,and studied the different phase change of the molecular weight of monomer and the third monomer on the properties of new ternary graft copolymer.In addition,in order to explore the new ternary graft copolymer of practical application value,in this paper,the new ternary graft copolymer of wet spinning and electrostatic spinning were studied.In this paper,the main research results obtained as follows:(1)phase transition is the best preparation conditions of macromolecular monomer MAMPEG5000:n(MA):n(MPEG)mole ratio of 1.3:1,catalyst mass fraction 1%,reaction temperature 110 ℃,under nitrogen purging 4 h reaction,esterification rate up to 91.7%of the proceeds of the phase change macromolecular monomer.The phase change big monomer has around 128 J/g phase transition enthalpy,temperature range is close to the body temperature,holding time can reach about 10 min;Has good crystallization properties.MAMPEG2000 also has better performance of phase change and thermal stability.(2)the synthesis of P(AN-co-AM)-g-MAMPEG5000 optimal proportion of each composition is:quality of AN:MAMPEG4000 is 1:2 ratio,acrylamide mass fraction is 7.5%,the initiator mass fraction is 1.5%,the quality of the water and the monomer ratio to speak.FTIR results prove the MAMPEG successfully grafted to the main chain of the PAN and C13NMR,XRD spectra also prove the result.The polymer melting enthalpy can reach 66.2 J/g,crystallization enthalpy of 66.3 J/g.(3)acrylamide than to styrene and vinyl acetate as the third monomer of new ternary graft copolymer.(4)the increase of molecular weight as the monomer,the main change enthalpy value of the copolymer.(5)the third monomer AM and ST in polymer has good rheological properties,better fiber forming.
