The continuous development of China's economic level not only brings great improvement to people's living standard,but also brings many new demands and challenges to tourism.With the increase of personal income,the number of tourists in our country is also increasing every year.More people and more cars cause overcrowding and parking difficulties in scenic spots of tourist cities,which has become a problem affecting the healthy development of tourism.At the same time,the traditional charter bus scheduling mode can not balance the huge difference of passenger transport demand in the off peak season of tourism cities,which poses a huge challenge to the vehicle operation cost of tourism transportation enterprises.Therefore,new scheduling methods are needed to balance transportation capacity and demand,which can not only reduce the cost of tourism transportation enterprises,but also promote the service level of tourism industry.Based on the survey of Guilin's tourism,this paper analyzed and summarized the current situation and problems of Guilin's charter bus tourism,analyzed the characteristics of tourists' travel and the characteristics of tourist bus scheduling,and put forward the optimization strategy of tourism bus capacity scheduling based on the characteristics of tourists' travel and tourism bus scheduling.According to the relevant theoretical research,choose the mathematical model and algorithm suitable for solving this problem.In order to meet the travel needs of passengers,reduce the operating cost of tourist buses and the parking time in scenic spots,a two-stage scheduling model was designed.In the first stage,the genetic algorithm was used to solve the model to obtain the route planning results of static scheduling;in the second stage,the large neighborhood search algorithm was used to deal with the dynamic demand to realize the dynamic scheduling of tourism bus capacity.Guilin city was taken as an example to complete the analysis,which verified that the model and algorithm designed in this paper can not only meet the travel demand of tourists,but also reduce the overall vehicle parking time in the scenic spot,improve the transportation efficiency and reduce the transportation cost of vehicles.This paper considers that the two-stage dynamic scheduling method will not only meet the travel needs of passengers,improve the efficiency of vehicle transportation,reduce the cost of vehicle transportation,but also promote the upgrading of tourism industry and the construction of intelligent tourism.
