As a famous tea production area,Wuyishan City has a large scale and long history of tea industry and is the birthplace of oolong tea and black tea in our country.Wuyishan City has a good ecological environment and high vegetation coverage. However,in recent years, with the over-development of tea,it has not only reduced the quality of tea,but also caused great damage to the ecological environment. Some researchers have carried out relevant research on the evaluation of the suitability of tea planting, but due to the selection and assignment of evaluation factors, the final conclusions may be quite different from the actual situation. At present. At present, there is few studies on the tea planting background, factors restricting tea planting and the distribution of suitable planting areas. In this paper, through comprehensive research on the planting conditions and ecological environment characteristics of the main tea production area of Wuyi Mountain, the geological-geochemical suitability evaluation of tea planting in Wuyi Mountain was carried out,the tea quality control factors were explored, and the soil erosion situation of the existing tea area was analyzed. To reduce the risk of soil erosion, maintain a good ecological environment, and provide a scientific reference for the planting of Wuyishan tea.The main results achieved in this study are as follows.(1)Based on the tea planting situation in the study area, the relationship between tea quality and soil geochemistry background was explored. The content of tea polyphenols, caffeine and amino acids is used to represent the quality components of tea, correlation analysis is carried out with soil physical and chemical indicators.Regression prediction models are established using tea and soil data in accordance with normal distribution.Based on the model, the distribution characteristics of tea quality components are predicted through the content of soil physical and chemical indicators, and the results of tea quality suitability evaluation are obtained.(2)Analyze the content characteristics of each soil particle size, calculate the soil erodibility K value through the soil EPIC model, and discuss the distribution characteristics of the soil particle size and K value under different conditions, and assign the K value based on the soil type. The distribution map of soil erodibility K value is shown.Using the RUSLE model, the distribution characteristics of the degree of soil erosion risk in the study area are obtained and discussed.(3)Based on the evaluation results of tea quality suitability and the distribution characteristics of soil erosion,a comprehensive evaluation of the tea planting geological-geochemical suitability of the study area was carried out,and the distribution of tea plantation suitability in the study area was obtained. The suitability of tea planting in different geological backgrounds in the study area from high to low is in the order of Qpal area > red bed area > metamorphic rock area > sedimentary rock area > magmatic rock area. The existing tea gardens are mainly distributed in areas with general planting suitability.
