Chinese new infrastructure is rising nowadays,and the construction of urban rail transit is profoundly changed by digital techniques.How to utilize new information technology,especially the visualization of Web 3D model quickly and efficiently,to overcome the construction safety problems of rail transit engineering is an urgent demand of the construction industry.It's also the core of the very system developed in this paper to give a possible replacement for outdated traditional construction risk control systems.Due to the lag of technology and lack of compatibility and expansibility,most previous Chinese 3D construction risk information management systems in practice have complex set-up environments and structural systems,which make them difficult to adapt to nowadays projects in China.The efficiency elevation that brought by the systems is thus greatly diluted.Those advanced Web 3D visualization systems around the world are either too expensive or too unprofessional for engineering purpose.And there are also the obstructive factors of the lack of necessary Chinese reference,different engineering specifications and design standards which make these systems hard to learn or apply.In order to solve above problems,this paper aiming at the visualization and safety requirements of urban rail transit construction,adopts open source development tools to carry out the development of a 3D Web visualization system of engineering.The main achievements are as follows:(1)With the help of WebGL technology,a 3D Web visualization development framework for urban rail transit engineering is proposed,which can display risk information and monitor early warning on a cross-platform basis.Combining the lightweight advantages of Three.js and the professional concept of rail transit engineering,the difficulty of 3D visualization of monitor information is reduced by modularization.(2)Based on the data categories and information structure involved in the construction of rail transit project,the static resources of the project,such as dynamic monitoring data,engineering materials and models,are separately formatted by MySQL management tools combined with Node.js.The engineering oriented database scheme is given to facilitate update and maintenance.(3)Based on the demand-oriented hierarchical visualization function of MVVM mode,a3 D batch modeling and exporting method for rail transit projects based on Rhino,as well as the matching model transformation and 3D Web content secondary development process are established,and the interactive and transformation methods of visual content are set up.(4)Based on two practical projects,tunnel engineering of the He-Su section in Suzhouand foundation pit of Nansanhuan Station in Xuzhou metro line 3,the 3D visualization application process of rail transit engineering risk information system is presented by using practical engineering data.The complexity and systematic of the platform are also tested.Based on actual engineering cases and latest WebGL,WebGIS,3D engineering modeling and database system management technology progress,this paper created a lightweight three-dimensional system for integration and management of urban rail transit risk information data.In the very system,3D modeling of rail transit engineering can be done rapidly,and classified early warning based on monitoring data of construction risk information can be given.Certain interface for expansion is also reserved for necessary functional or security optimization.This article in all has 60 pictures,10 tables,and 86 references.
