Due to the influence of internal topography,coal seam geological structure,mining plan and schedule,coal transportation and other factors,many mine roadways in China are designed as inclined lane.Different from the typical vertical and horizontal type of lane,inclined roadway is mainly used for the lifting and transportation of coal,gangue,materials,equipment and staffs between the mine levels.Inclined lane transportation system consists of winch,track,lifting steel wire rope,train set,inclined lane safety facilities and signal system.In the process of inclined lane transportation,"sports car" accidents,such as the fracture of connecting device,the frequent wear of ore car and belt transportation equipment,are inevitably related to the slope design of inclined roadway in the early stage and the accuracy and technology of through measurement.The precise,accurate and high-quality through survey of inclined lane plays an important role in the safety,efficiency and energy saving of mining area.This paper mainly focuses on the key technology of through survey of inclined roadway in Antaibao open pit mine of Pingshuo mining area,Shuozhou City,Shanxi Province.This paper studies the construction method of high-precision GNSS control network,underground gyro precise orientation method and special trigonometric leveling method,discusses that the main error comes from the correction method,adopts the method of combining the distribution adjustment with the overall adjustment,weakens the influence of the error on the weakest point of the wire edge,and finally achieves the accuracy standard of tunnel through survey.Furthermore,it can improve the accuracy level of inclined roadway penetration,ensure the safety of mining area production,and improve the sustainability of follow-up construction and maintenance of mining area and energy conservation.In view of the special situation of through survey and mining of inclined roadway in Antaibao open pit mine of Shanxi Zhongmei group,the key problems to be solved are as follows:(1)The ground control point is not unified with the national coordinate system,and the damage caused by the surface subsidence in the early stage of mining.(2)The distance of underground inclined roadway is long,and it is difficult to guarantee the final through accuracy by traditional total station contact measurement method when encountering special type of inclined roadway,such as steep roadway.Compared with the traditional underground through survey,the main innovations of this subject are as follows:(1)In the process of GNSS control network construction,the gross error detection method of mine control points based on exhaustive method and voting method is proposed to detect the moved or damaged ground control points quickly and accurately,and correct them effectively in the process of data processing.(2)In the process of underground trigonometric leveling,a forward and backward looking trigonometric leveling mode is proposed,which can effectively eliminate the fixed error of total station distance measurement and the influence of measuring error of total station height I on the measurement results.(3)In the process of underground traverse survey,the gyro orientation scheme is introduced to improve the accuracy and stability of underground long traverse survey.In the transportation roadway of No.2 well of Antaibao coal mine,the experiment project of improving the control accuracy of underground traverse based on gyro orientation is carried out.In this project,in addition to the gyro orientation technology in the plan,the gross error detection method of ground control points and the trigonometric elevation measurement method of front and rear view studied in this paper are used to further improve the accuracy of through measurement of underground tunnels.Three main methods are used in the verification process: ○1 total station + leveling;○2 total station + leveling + front/rear triangle elevation;○3 total station + leveling + front/rear triangle elevation + gyroscope orientation.The comparison results show that there is a risk of exceeding the limit difference in the tunnel through point by using the traditional total station + leveling measurement method.By using the method proposed in this paper,the accuracy of plane and elevation penetration has been improved obviously,which meets the requirements of national standards.
