Dusty plasmas is a plasma containing dust particles,it is also called a complex plasma. The dust particles are charged by the charged particles in the plasmas, which makes their electromagnetic characteristics more complicated. The study of dusty plasmas physics is an important frontier field of interdisciplinarity and has important scientific significance and potential application value for the development of many scientific and technological fields.Dusty plasma theory is used to explain the problems encountered in laboratory plasma environment,Polar Mesosphere Summer Echoes(PMSE)phenomenon, microwave signal attenuation by solid rocket flame and spacecraft reentry communication. Therefore, dusty plasma physics has received more and more attention. In the past two decades, the dusty plasmas related theory research has made some progress and some theory can better explain experiment observed phenomenon, but because of the dusty plasmas such as internal electron concentration, concentration of dust particles and dust particle size parameters such as the measuring method is not perfect enough,so the experimental verification of these theories is still lacking. The measurement of the internal parameters of dusty plasmas is the basis to verify the theory and study the electromagnetic properties and wave propagation of dusty plasmas. This measurement method should be based on the theory of dusty plasmasTherefore,in this paper, based on the theory of microwave attenuation of dusty plasmas, the ground experimental research is carried out on the propagation of microwave in dusty plasmas.A new scheme for measuring intemal parameters of weakly ionized dusty plasmas is established based on experimental verification.A coaxial hollow cylindrical grid electrode device is used to generate a relatively stable plasma, and dust particles are added by a dust spreading method to form a dusty plasmas environment. The Langmuir probe was used to measure the electron concentration and temperature in different plasma environments. The theoretical formula was simplified according to the probe measurement results. The microwave transmission system was used to measure the 4-6 GHz frequency microwave with and without dust particles attenuation. The microwave transmission method was used to measure the electron concentration, which was consistent with the probe diagnosis. The experimental results verified the reliability of the microwave ionization theory of weakly ionized dusty plasmas.A new scheme for measuring intemal parameters of weakly ionized dusty plasmas is established based on experimental verification. Finally, analyze and explain the experimental results and errors.
