| Research in the field of microfluidics is mainly for complex fluid control,operation and testing technology under microscopic size,which has important theoretical and practical value in the field of biology,chemistry,materials.It is an important development direction in future fluid research.Micro-Macroscopic Coupled Simulation is an important method in the field of microfluidics.Pre-Post processing is an important process of macro and micro coupling simulation method.Nowadays,there is no unified and effective pre-post processing method in Micro-Macroscopic Coupled Simulation.Based on the research status of the pre-post processing method and the requirement of Micro-Macroscopic Coupled Simulation.Paper deeply analyzes the SALOME software platform and focuses on the research of design,implementation and performance optimization of pre-post processing tool in Micro-Macroscopic Coupled Simulation.Firstly,paper completes the requirement analysis of the pre-post processing workflow and deeply analyzes the architecture of SALOME platform,module programming technology and module organization structure.Based on the analysis,Paper designs the M2P3(Macro-Micro Pre-Post Processing)tool based on SALOME platform.Secondly,paper designs and implements the pre-processing and post-processing modules of M2P3 module.Paper has the UML modeling and elaboration.Paper implements a user-friendly pre-processing module which simplifies the user’s steps and improves the efficiency of pre-processing.Based on the deep analysis of the conversion method from microscopic information to macroscopic information,paper implements the post-processing module of M2P3 module.Finally,paper completes the parallel optimization for M2P3 tool.Paper designs and implements the MPICH and OpenMP parallel optimization strategies,achieves good parallel effect and improves the performance of the M2P3 tool. |
