Moving boundary-layer simulation in the crash safety analysis is a difficultproblem in the computing of scientific project. The application for complexnon-Newtonian properties combined with simulation analysis technology in varioustesting condition is an effective and important process. In macroscopic scale, thefluid-structure interaction mathematic model that describes visco-elastic-plasticmaterials is used to simulate the non-Newtonian phenomenon in material impact andthe Hermite semi-discrete Galerkin method is applied to the numerical calculation. In microscopic scale, the finite element(FE) model of the Porous-Honeycombstructure under the condition of different materials is simulated by means of the highperformance computing(HPC) software, i.e. OASYS-PRIMER and LS-DYNA. Thedeformation of the Porous-Honeycomb structure are presented after the calculationin LS-DYNA. What’s more, the comparisons of stress and strain are given for FEmodel of different materials through the data mining and processing.
