Driven by Google Earth,Web 2.0 and mobile client network technology,the idea of sharing geographic information data continues to deepen into the public psychology.More and more people check in and share their own action trajectories on social network platforms,and the public has become contributors of geographical information.Geographic information services based on Volunteered Geographic Information(VGI)overcome the deficiencies of traditional geographic information acquisition methods,and because these information are provided voluntarily by ordinary people,they largely reflect the public's perception of the spatial environment.The emergence of VGI provides an effective and feasible means for obtaining large and updated POIs.This paper uses Location Based Services(LBS)check-in POI data as a data source,aims at people's route finding behavior and spatial cognition habits,and establishes VGI-based POI landmarks route guidance method by studying the theories and methods of VGI?POI and their data acquisition and processing.The research work of this article mainly includes:(1)Studied the theoretical knowledge and check-in POI data preprocessing of VGI.The VGI data classification is mainly analyzed,including graphic data and semantic data.The data features mainly include rich information content,strong current situation,low update cost,data coverage differentiation,and unpredictable data quality.The characteristics of LBS check-in data and the detailed process of adopting microblogging API to obtain POI data are described.The check-in POI data is preprocessed so as to use the simplest method to improve data quality.(2)Established a POI data validity measurement model.The factors affecting data availability were analyzed from the two aspects of the public geographical cognition and the POI spatial distribution characteristics.Through the comprehensive analysis and comparison of spatial clustering methods,the OPTICS algorithm was chosen to implement spatial density clustering and determine the centrality of the city.Through the normalization of two influencing factors,a POI data validity model was established to achieve effective POI data extraction.(3)Researched route planning method of POI landmarks.This paper summarizes the extraction method of POI landmarks and considers the introduction of POI landmarks' route selection method.Based on the road complexity,travel distance,and the number of landmarks on the path,a multi-objective route planning model is constructed.(4)Derived a route guidance method based on POI landmarks.From the perspective of people's cognition,the route planning results that take into account POI landmarks are acquired,and based on the results,the extracted functional POI landmarks are used as clues to determine the route guidance method,and the route guidance description of the user path finding process is given.The example verification results show that compared with the traditional route guidance method,this method is more in line with people's cognition habit of spatial knowledge,and can meet people's needs for different spatial cognition capabilities by adjusting the combination weights of each factor in route planning.
