With the expansion of international trade,economic development has entered a new normal.Countries began to pay attention to the harmonious development of the natural environment and the economy,put forward suggestions on resources and living environment,and practiced the green economy development concept of ”both Lvshui Qingshan and Jinshan Yinshan,Lvshui Qingshan is Jinshan Yinshan”.However,the uncontrolled exploitation of scarce resources,the large amount of exhaust gas and waste liquid discharge,and various ecological problems have seriously hindered the green and sustainable development of China's economy,and promoting economic transformation and upgrading has become a complex issue for China.This paper analyzes the impact of national regulations,economic market mechanisms,green lifestyles and other factors on resources,economic growth and pollution,and establishes a type of resource-economypollution system under multivariate constraints.By studying the system's Dynamic behavior,a new chaotic attractor was found.With the help of genetic algorithm,the evolution of economic growth under the influence of different factors was analyzed.At the same time,the chaos control problem was studied.The results of the study are conducive to government decision makers to better understand the impact of economic development Factors,take reasonable measures to promote the healthy development of the economy as much as possible.Study reads as follows:(1)Dynamic analysis of resource-economy-pollution system under multi-variable constraints.First,based on the complex relationship between resources,economy,pollution and factors affecting economic development,a novel resource-economypollution three-dimensional dynamic system model is established.Secondly,through dissipativeness and the Routh-Hurwitz criterion to study the parameter conditions of chaos in the system,new chaotic attractors time series graphs are obtained under specific parameters.Finally,the Lyapunov exponential theory and bifurcation graph verified that the system has chaos phenomena.Taking the multi-element structure of China's economic development as an example,the numerical simulation is carried out,and the corresponding data is obtained through the statistical yearbook,and the actual parameters are obtained by means of genetic algorithms.Through numerical simulation,the phase diagram of the actual system under the actual parameters is stable,indicating that the system is in line with the actual situation.The results show that the government's macro-reasonable allocation of resources can make the economy grow steadily,and the market mechanism regulates the economy more directly.The market will cause the economy to rise or fall rapidly.National regulation needs to guide capital flow in advance with national policies before the market reacts.National regulation complements and improves market mechanisms.In addition,people's long-term awareness of green travel will also affect economic development.(2)The chaos control of resource-economy-pollution system under multi-variable constraints is studied.Due to the chaos of the system will adversely affect the economy,this paper uses the method of time-delay control to control the chaotic system.First,the time-delay term is introduced.Secondly,the distribution of roots at equilibrium points of the time-delay system is studied through correlation theorems.The sufficient conditions for asymptotic stability and Hopf bifurcation at the equilibrium point are discussed.Finally,the numerical simulation results show that when the time delay? meets different conditions,the system exhibits different dynamic behaviors,and is consistent with the theoretical results.Research shows that when the time lag item meets certain conditions,the system can be controlled from chaos to stability status.In practice,due to resource and environmental constraints,companies or governments often save resources and Limit output through many methods to control the fluctuation range of these variables.
