With the continuous development of society and the vigorous promotion of the construction of "Double First-Class" colleges and universities,many of them are constantly enlarging the scale of running schools while enhancing their comprehensive strength and discipline construction level.The teaching,office,living and activity areas are becoming relatively distant in geographical location.Accordingly,the cost of cross-regional activities has become higher and higher.So,it is particularly important to provide a reasonable path planning scheme of the trip for teachers and students.Based on the analysis of the research status and development trend at home and abroad.A path planning model is established for achieving the goal of shortest time with shortest distance.Take the road network constraints under consideration,a Dijkstra algorithm based shortest path planning algorithm is proposed.A campus path planning system based on GIS is developed as well.The main work and research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The research background and significance of path planning is introduced.The research status and development trend of path planning at home and abroad is descripted.With the introduce of characteristics,research methods and related theories and technologies of the system implementation of the path planning problem,the path planning model for achieving the shortest time with shortest distance is established,which satisfies the actual road network.(2)Focus on path planning problem,with the actual road network under consideration.The path planning model is constructed which satisfies the shortest path and the shortest time.A shortest path planning algorithm based on Dijkstra algorithm is designed under road network constraints.The model is solved with the use of designed algorithm,and further applied to the actual campus scenario.The ideal path planning scheme can be obtained.(3)On the basis of system requirement analysis,the system spatial database and attribute relational database are designed according to the function of spatial data and attribute relational data to the system.The campus path planning system is developed based on ArcGIS platform,using C# development language,ArcGIS Engine,combined with PostgreSQL,Geodatabase database technology.In which,the path planning,user management,map management,system management and other functions are implemented.Testing results demonstrate the developed the campus path planning system is feasibility.
