With the rapid development of the internet and mobile GIS,we formally entered into the information era of the higher level of living.The mobile intelligent terminal rise rapidly with the advantage of the quick access to information.Path planning and navigation system based on mobile intelligent terminal has got the height favor of the travelers,it can not only provide users with a variety of solution path specification,but also can get the real-time road information by wireless communication network.At present,the shortest path algorithm is the core technology of current path planning system,but most of the path planning system is conducted based on the traditional static network path planning,without comprehensively considering the actual capacity of the road and the special meteorological factors.In this paper,has analyzed the Dijkstra algorithm,and the advantage and disadvantage of the algorithm.Through analyzing the influence factors of dynamic path planning,has taken three influence factors into consideration,such as the urban road vehicle speed,traffic congestion,and special road weather.The three factors are called as the road factors,then the analysis of the effect of road factors for driving speed,translated the impact into road weights,different value set different road conditions factor,in this way,the Dijkstra algorithm is improved through this method,this paper proposes a new dynamic path planning algorithm.Explores the dynamic path planning system for urban traffic design method and development of technology,based on professional mobile GIS platform of SuperMap iMobile for Android of SuperMap company,proposed a three-tier structure of B/S system and designed the database of urban traffic,put forward on the data to integrate management of the urban traffic road data,real-time road condition data,meteorological data and network data sets,and upload them to SuperMap iServer server,in order to the mobile client to access and operation.Also proposed the XML layout interface of the system design scheme,has implemented and verified the improved Dijsktra algorithm——dynamic path planning algorithm in the system,development to realize the traffic service functions,such as dynamic navigation path,shortest path navigation function,and real-time positioning,urban road traffic information query,electronic police inquiry,forbid sections query,query parking lot,gas station query and weather information query and warning.Not only make the drivers can obtain the traffic information quickly when travel anytime and anywhere,but also can provide dynamic path planning in the process of driving,provides a convenient mobile phone APP for the public.At the same time the Android interface design is concise,take a beautiful and comfortable experience to the users.
