Research On The Measurement And Influencing Factors Of Resource And Environmental Performance In Zhejiang Province

Since the reform and opening up,China's economic level has grown rapidly,and its achievements are obvious to all.However,the environmental pollution generated during the economic development process cannot be underestimated.In order to solve this problem and respond to the call of the country to build an environment-friendly society,local governments should now work to improve the regional environment to achieve sustainable development.Zhejiang Province is at the forefront of the economic rankings of all provinces in China.It is an important province to promote China's economic development.It measures the performance of resources and environment in Zhejiang Province and studies how to improve environmental performance.It is to improve the environmental conditions in Zhejiang Province and eliminate hidden dangers.For the reference of other provinces,it is of great significance.This paper summarizes the concept of resource and environmental performance and the status quo of its influencing factors,and uses the comprehensive performance index of resources and environment to evaluate the overall performance of resources and environment in Zhejiang Province from 2011 to 2017,and describes the changes in the performance of resources and environment in Zhejiang Province.The situation,the convergence of the performance level differences between regions was tested;on this basis,the theoretical assumptions for the factors affecting the performance of resources and environment were proposed,and the dynamic panel model was used to empirically test each hypothesis,and the test results Expand analysis and summary.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,from 2011 to 2017,the overall resource and environmental performance level of Zhejiang Province has increased year by year,and the rate of improvement from 2015 to 2017 is significantly higher than that of the previous period.Second,among the cities in Zhejiang Province,the resource and environmental performance of Zhoushan City,Hangzhou City and Wenzhou City are higher.At the intermediate level,Huzhou City,Lishui City and Zhangzhou City are at the end of the year.Third,there are differences in resource and environmental performance levels across Zhejiang and across regions.This difference has gradually increased since 2015,and after conducting a convergence test,it is considered that the difference will not converge over time.Fourth,there is inertia in resource and environmental performance in Zhejiang Province.The resource and environmental performance of the previous period will positively affect the current resource and environmental performance.Fifth,among the various influencing factors,the impacts of economic upgrading,technological progress,and financial environment improvement on resource and environmental performance are positive.The impact of population density on resource and environmental performance is not significant,and the increase in foreign investment dependence will reduce the area.Resource and environmental performance levels.
