| Coal mining and thermal power generation are two important industries in China,and the two are interdependent.The coordinated development of the two major industries of coal and electricity has become a hot issue in China’s energy development.Coal is a non-renewable resource.For most coal enterprises,coal-electricity integration project is an important way to achieve sustainable development.It can not only solve the problem of too single product composition,but also expand product chain and industrial chain,and promote harmless,resource-based and reduction of industrial waste,so as to be effective.Solve the pollution problems in the process of resource development and utilization,and then achieve the transformation of energy,mutual benefit and mutual assistance,and ultimately into economic benefits.Firstly,combined with the above research background,this paper elaborates the current research situation of risk management at home and abroad,draws up the technical route,and determines the research purpose and research methods.Taking risk sharing and game theory as theoretical support,theoretical research and model analysis are the major projects.Secondly,according to the site selection of M coal-fired power project,the external construction conditions and the project planning in the park,the start-up and construction schedule of each project is formulated,and then the related subjects of the project are analyzed in detail.In view of the typical risk events of most engineering projects,this paper describes the risk,mainly carries out qualitative and quantitative analysis of M coal-fired power project risk,and then elaborates the risk composition and risk types of M coal-fired power project in detail,clarifies the types of risk and the causes of risk accidents.Finally,combined with the main characteristics of M coal-fired power project,through the hypothesis and description of the cooperative game theory model,the solution,until the comparative analysis of data through actual cases,the total income under the cooperative game is higher than that under the non-cooperative situation,and the improvement of economic benefits brought by the cooperation between the coal industry and the power industry is put forward.Finally,the risk sharing strategy of M coal power project is analyzed and some suggestions are put forward. |
