Convective weather is one of the sever weathers in the meteorology and often brings serious threats on the life and treasures of human beings in the country,which caused the natural disaster such as the hails,thunderstorm and the mass precipitation.So,the success and preciseness early warning of the strong convective have the important meanings for the work of weather disaster in short time,and have the important effects for reduction the death of some people and reduce the property loss.In this paper,the warning algorithm of convective initiation is designed by using FY-2G stationary meteorological satellite data.In this study,convective initiation is the first to detect the radar reflectivity of convection clouds produce greater than or equal to35 dBz.There are five part of this paper:The first part of this paper is dealing with the original data by bilinear interpolation,inverse distance weight interpolation and median filter algorithm,and then get the equal to grid spacing of satellite data;The second part of this paper analysis the principles of satellite remote sensing and the image specification of infrared and VIS.Then infrared and VIS data are fusion by using the C-L multi-wavelet fusion,and using three indicators for evaluation the result of fusion.The results shows that the physical information and spatial resolution of the infrared imagery is enhanced,which can enhanced the accuracy of warning for convective initiation.The third part of this paper is that the Convective Cloud Mask(CCM)is dealing with the satellite image by using albedo threshold,infrared brightness temperature and the difference of it and the visible standard deviation for cloud texture,which can reduce the pixel of satellite data.The result is that CCM can reduce the pixel of surface and cloud,which can save the time of calculation and enhanced the accuracy of warning for convective initiation.The fourth part of this paper is that the warning algorithm of convective initiation is designed by using FY-2G stationary meteorological satellite data,which is including the identification of cumulus,the tracking of cumulus and the criteria of CI.Convective initiation forecasting algorithm are demonstrated using three convective events in Beijing and its areas.The result of the algorithm shows the feasible for forecasting the convective initiation.
