With the rapid development of the global economy and the sharp increase of the world population,the shortage of fresh water resources has become a major problem that restricts social development and threatens the survival of mankind.Seawater desalination is the main way to solve the fresh water crisis,and all countries in the world are actively carrying out research on the technology of desalination.This thesis based on the situation of desalination technology in China,we design a small swinging rod type reverse osmosis desalination machine,the device not only has simple structure,convenient operation,but also with wave resonance occurs,the maximum absorbing wave energy,improve the conversion efficiency device.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper introduces the abundant Marine resources distribution in China,and summarizes the types of seawater desalination technology and the working principle of various desalination technologies.The development of seawater desalination plant at home and abroad is analyzed,and typical seawater desalination devices are listed.Based on this,puts forward a kind of based on the principle of resonance oscillation pressure bar type reverse osmosis desalination machine,and design the overall structure of the finished device diagram with SolidWorks 3D model diagram,this device innovative design can loading and unloading of swinging rod structure,using the oscillating pressure of resonance movement between the rod structure and spring structure to achieve the purpose of desalination.Secondly,the wave pressure is calculated according to the micro-wave theory and wave potential function.The motion response of the floating body is obtained by using the Froude-Krylov hypothesis to solve the wave force in the horizontal direction.By using the analytical method,the kinematics analysis is carried out for the swing pressure reverse osmosis desalination machine,and the dynamic equation of the device is established by using Lagrange equation.Combined with ADAMS software,the rotation angle,angular velocity and angular acceleration of the swing rod mechanism are simulated.Finally,the vibration equation of the resonant system under periodic wave force is obtained.Through the analysis of the resonance system,the steady-state solution of the resonance system is obtained.According to the amplitude and resonance theory of the swing rod,the elastic coefficient and the damping coefficient of the system are calculated.Through the MATLAB simulation analysis,it can be clearly seen that the amplitude of the swing bar changes with the input frequency. |
