In the past few decades,thanks to reform and opening up,China's economy has experienced rapid development.However,the simple pursuit of economic interests has also brought environmental and social problems such as depletion of resources and serious pollution to China.Haze has become a must for China today.The problem facing the economy.The contradiction between economy and energy and the environment has made China 's traditional chemical industry face unprecedented challenges.The sustainable chemical industry that takes into account the economic,social and environmental standards has undoubtedly provided a new development direction for traditional Chinese chemicals.The concept of sustainable development emphasizes that the development of any industry must simultaneously consider the three major economic,social,and environmental criteria.However,Economically oriented traditional chemical evaluation methods often overlook the importance of society and the environment.Or even considering environmental and social norms,but not considering the contradictory characteristics between the three.In recent years,conflict information has attracted widespread attention,which is in high energy consumption,The chemical industry,which is known for its high pollution,is particularly prominent.Moreover,even if economic criteria are considered separately,such conflicts are still unavoidable in the chemical industry.At the same time,this contradiction adds The uncertainty of sustainable chemical industry.The research shows that compared with other fuzzy sets,Neutrosphic set describes this contradiction conflict and complex uncertainty very well.Therefore,this paper is mainly based on the theory of Neutrosphic fuzzy set.A series of ambiguous measures,Riemann 's closedness,and DEMATEL s sustainable chemical evaluation method.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.The related theories of single-valued,multi-valued and interval-type neutrosphic ambiguous fuzzy sets are given,and a series of basic definitions such as scoring function,entropy and distance are given.2.For the first time,the scoring function,the precision function and the attribute weight determination method of single-valued medium entropy are combined,and the Pythagorean Riemann closure method is extended to the single-valued neutrosphic set,and the new method is introduced into the green sustainable chemical evaluation.in.The validity and feasibility of the new method are verified by case analysis and comparison.3.The ?-fuzzy measure is introduced into the multi-valued wise attribute weight determination,and the single-value neutrosphic set VIKOR method is extended to multi-value and applied to the green sustainable chemical evaluation.The validity of the new method is verified by case analysis and comparison.And feasibility.4.The TODIM method is extended to the interval neutrosphic environment.Combined with the generalized weighted Einstein averaging operator,the DEMATEL method is used to determine the attribute weights,and a new green sustainable chemical multi-attribute decision-making method is proposed.In summary,this paper introduces the neutrosphic fuzzy theory into the green sustainable chemical evaluation for the first time,and gives a series of evaluation methods that take into account uncertain information,making the green sustainable assessment more comprehensive and objective.At the same time,it also enriches the research of neutrosphic fuzzy theory.
