With the rapid development of the coal industry,coal mining is continuously marching toward the direction of large mining depth and high safety,the realization of intelligent mining and manless working face in deep coal seams has gradually become a hot issue in current coal mining technology.It is also an important means to create an intelligent coal mining process,to fully build a smart mine,and to achieve accurate coal mining.The coal rock identification technology of the working face and the technology of seismic while mining are the key technical support to ensure the intelligence of the coal mine.Firstly,this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of four major physical fields for coal rock identification,and determines to select elastic wave field for coal rock identification and seismic while mining method research.Then the research is carried out from the theoretical basis,and the relevant principles of coal rock identification technology based on vibration signals and seismic interference techniques are introduced.The low,medium and high characteristic frequency bands of vibration signals are selected respectively.And the absolute concepts and relative concepts of characteristic high-frequency band energy and the ratio to the total energy sum for coal and rock identification,the sine curves with different amplitude-frequency characteristics are used to synthesize numerical simulation signals and the physical simulation signal acquisition of a vibration measurement while drilling site in a mine in Guizhou to verify the feasibility of the proposed concept in coal and rock identification.At the same time,based on the actual geological conditions,a threedimensional geological model is established to carry out three-dimensional numerical simulation research.The pulse source with the Ricker wave as the source and the sweep frequency continuous source with the frequency from 50 Hz to 350 Hz are respectively selected for excitation Through comparative analysis of their waveform records,it is determined that the optimal component is the X direction(along the coal seam direction).When the receiving line is arranged at the cutting hole and the water level is 0.4-0.6,the interference processing results are the best.Finally,based on the simulation results of coal-rock identification and seismic while mining,a self-developed seismic acquisition device combined with the structure of the shearer is proposed,and a new type of seismic observation system is proposed simultaneously;Sensors are arranged behind the drum,the fuselage and the hydraulic support,to receive seismic signals generated by the shearer's cutting of coal and rock.Through the verification and comparison of actual mining signals at the Huaibei Shuoli Mine II415 working face,the characteristic band energy and the ratio with the characteristic high frequency can accurately identify the coal and rock change.At the same time,the water level 0.5 is used to the seismic records that the hydraulic support and the fuselage receive.The water level deconvolution interference can be used to obtain a virtual seismic trace record.The better distance of the dynamic seismic response is 20 m,which can be used as the basis for identifying the geological anomalies ahead.
